The firm has been at its Winter Park location since 1986. Mr. Cotter entered private practice in 1981, and in 1992 Mr. Zelman joined the firm forming the partnership Cotter & Zelman, P.A. Understanding the sensitive and emotional nature of dissolution of marriage proceedings, our goal is to assist clients in obtaining the best possible result while guiding them through this emotional and difficult experience.
